Day 2 of Kimberly “Healthy Eating”

That’s right day two, and already as I drove past Krispy Kreme… I could just taste that Boston Creme doughnut.
But I did NOT stop! Here is what I did eat today:

> Hot Tea with lemon and LOCAL honey

> A tall NON fat Latte’ ... but with no sugar (I used to put 3) Starbucks is a hard habit to kick plus they’re NEXT door!!!!

> Water… but I know it should have been more water

> Yogurt for breakfast… NO fake sugars for me, yogurt alone is healthy, a sweetner I can’t spell, probably not!

> blueberries (no sugar, just fresh) for a snack

> A Turkey, apple and brie wrap from Freshmarket, really good!

> I did have 1 oatmeal cookie, from the healthfood store for an afternoon snack. It was 110 cal’s and had NO presservatives in it..Mmmm, went to fast, One cookie???

> for dinner, I having left over grilled chicken on my salad with that local dressing I love (Cider Red)
and I made home made spelt bread, I’ll have a peice (or 2) with honey (local, Bee Well honey)


Remember I’m no nutritionist, just a gal trying to eat better. I LOVED getting your entries, keep sending them. we’ll go all January!
Speaking of going, I gotta’ go and exercise in my makeshift gym (in the living roon in front of the TV)

Typos are too easy, but in your position, a position where you’re able to educate the public, spelling is very important… and proper use of the words.
Examples ...
their next door (you mean they’re next door)
Yogart for breakfast (yogurt)
blueberrys (blueberries)
went to fast, One cookie??? (too fast)
homeade spelt bread (home made)
the livingroon   (living room)

Sorry to be so tough.  I do love your show and both of you guys.  I’m really just trying to help.  Keep up the good work !
