DAY 6: It’s Sunday, but I can’t rest entirely.

You know, we just had the guys on from “SSI” in Greer and I’ll have to say, this sounded so good to me. Great people, great knowledge, great facility… I might have to check into that.
(you can check them out on our LINKS page) I HAVE to focus on exercise more, or this isn’t going to work.
I also know once I get started good, the great energy I’ll get from it, will help keep me on track… but it HAS to be both diet and exercise.
 
Here is my food log for Sunday:
 Coffee/water, as usual.  Ezekiel brand spouted wheat cereal with light, vanilla, soy milk and honey, something new I tried and you can fix it hot or cold. I did it hot… my husband, cold. Personally cold is my favorite.
 (well sitting in church, kept me from snacking, lol) Lunch was boneless, no hormones, no steroids, chicken sautéed up with some yellow peppers and onion over rice, and more WATER to drink.
 Snack: A banana with peanut butter (felt like a kid again) and WATER
 Super was grilled chicken and a small potato with real butter (I personally think this is better in moderation, than some of the fake ones out) and sour cream.
 Dessert: One large naval orange and a hot tea with honey and lemon
 EXERCISE:  I did a bit of work in the yard and 45 minutes of exercises while watching TV.   

I feel pretty good about today. I have even packed some HEALTHY left-overs and snacks for tomorrow.
