A big THANK YOU to Miss Self’s k-4 class at Hampton Park Christian School for sending us pictures of the Pajama Party… what a wonderful way to learn the letter “P”. It is also a wonderful example of how you too can send us interesting pictures going on in your community.
I should also thank Rhonda with Clemson Extension Services… what a wonderful group, you can ask them anything and they always know the answers!
My weekend was wonderful and I hope your was as well.
I fixed a wonderful Salmon dish with mango, ginger, cilantro salsa (perhaps, I’ll fix it for you on the show one day?) Do you have a dish you fix, that everyone loves? If so, we want to hear from you! You could have your very on cooking segment on Your Carolina… just e-mail us the recipe and be willing to prepare it on TV.
