We had Edwin on the show today, and it happens to be my birthday as well… so I got the coolest “Happy Birthday” sang to me, ever!
He now heads off to tour (PA , I believe)... but he’ll be back to entertain us all at home in September for what we used to know as “Southern Exposure”… This year it takes on a new name, “Euphoria”. As they say it will be. “a higher state of food, wine and music.“
It’s the brain child of on the most famed local restaurateurs, Carl Sobocinski and Yes, national recording artist… platinum selling singer/songwriter… Greenville’s own, Edwin McCain. Here is a link to the event’s sight: http://www.euphoriagreenville.com

Edwin also has a NEW album out and I know we have been getting e-mails on ‘what’ it’s called and ‘where’ to get it… It’s called:  “Nobodies Fault but Mine” with the old classic, “Some kinda’ Wonderful” as the first single… it’s full of Soul and I get the impression, they had a great time putting iot together. It was nice to see the soulful side of him; he’s such a talent! Here’s the link to his sight: http://www.edwin.com/
Go get the disk and let me know what you think, I’m diggin’ it.

I always like to give you a little behind the scenes… I asked Edwin after the show, if would he would consider sitting in for Jack when he has days off, and he said he’s love to! He also said he’s ‘text’ me his number to call him for that, but after he left, I realized our work phones don’t allow texting… WHAT?!
So Edwin, man…. Call me.
You think he meant to…. ??? Noooo ?  You think ?
