On Spring Break with George Clooney

It’s Spring Break for many of you out there… for the rest of us, “Hi-ho, hi-ho, it’s off to work we go”. Break or no break, I’m just ready for Spring! I know the calendar says it’s here, but tell that to the SNOW FLAKES that fell as I drove through the town of Easley this afternoon. I promise you. Of course, they weren’t sticking, but down they came in total defiance of this thing called “spring”. It also didn’t last long, but please SOMEONE tell me that I was not the only one to see this. If so, I do need a break!
This Thursday, we will be downtown Greenville to speak with George Clooney and Renee’ Zellweger, as they accept the key to the city of Greenville. (No word on if they will leave looking like a building manager with all the keys, from all the cities they filmed in, in the area). I was thinking, maybe we can use this as a chance to raise awareness and money for “Not on my Watch”. There are so many “wrongs” going on everyday… on our watch. What a great view of life that we should all have… that it should not go on, on our watch.
Want to help with this, make a sign and meet us at the press event… it’s open to the public. (Poinsett Hotel 11am) Maybe, someone will see our signs and they will do what they can. That really is it, just what YOU can do.
It’s different for all of us; for me, I have this blog, the show and I have you guys… now go do, just what YOU can.
