The new universal sign for… We’re OUT!

Not so long ago, I blogged about all those mounds of “plastic grocery bags” multiplying in your kitchen.
You sent me some great ideas on how to recycle and use them.
We all pledged to use the new fangled “reusable grocery bags” and all was well with the world.

Well, my friend we forgot the trendiest of uses… the universal sign of “We’re out!”
Just take a look at all the gas pumps that use them. I’m glad their getting re-used, but I wish it didn’t mean that by Wednesday, I’ll be walking to work!

What if we used these bags on everything that was, out… out of order… or that we just didn’t want people to mess with, Hmm?

I’ll be sharing some of my thoughts on this tomorrow on the show, like:
> Hang one on your clock, when your …. “OUT of time”
> Use a horse shoe as a bag hanger, when your… “OUT of luck”
> Ladies, when your just too tired… wear a bag to bed (please use caution with this one)

Let me hear yours… and here’s to hoping the gas stuff gets worked out!

See you in the morning!
Kimberly

Bag over billfold or wallet, “Out of Money”

Kimberly Kelly | September 24, 2008 at 2:16 pm

Karen, how appropriate today…
I left my wallet (cards, id, etc) at home (oops)
The only thing I had was a check book and when I went to get $ out with one of my checks, they needed ID…errr
ever have one of those days?!

Very good one though!
