Cheese Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
2 oz Jar Diced Pimento (Drained)
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 Tablespoons minced green onion
3 Garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried whole basil
1/2 teaspoon salt & Pepper
One block of medium cheddar cheese.
One package of cream cheese.

Instructions

Cut cheese into uniform pieces layering cream cheese then cheddar cheese.  Pour marinade over the cheese and store in refrigerator for 8 hours.  Arrange on platter and serve with your favorite cracker.
