Creamy Caribbean BBQ Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

2/3 cup bottled BBQ sauce (the thicker the better!)
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos for nachos, finely diced
3 Tablespoons bottled ranch dressing
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
4 large, wrap-style flour tortillas, warmed in the microwave to soften
2 cups tri-color shredded cole slaw mix (shredded red and purple cabbage with carrots)
1 cup mango, diced
1/3 cup salted cashews, crushed
1/4 cup green onion tops, thinly sliced

Instructions

1. In bottom of a large bowl, stir BBQ sauce, jalapenos, and ranch dressing together until well blended. Add chopped chicken; mix well.
2. Put an equal amount of the BBQ chicken mixture down the center of each warm tortilla. Top with some of the shredded cole slaw mix, diced mango, crushed cashews, and sliced green onion tops.
3. Fold sides of wraps up and over filling; roll up tightly. Cut each wrap in half, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes 4 wraps.
