Large roll pillsbury sugar cookie
1 lb cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
Toppings:
Choose your favorite fruits
Good choices are
Marachino cherries
Strawberries
Mandarin oranges
Blueberries
Kiwi fruit
Try to get an array of color
Instructions
Slice fruit
Freeze sugar cookie dough
Preheat oven to 350
Remove dough from freezer and slice
Arrange on pizza pan
Bake 11 mins or until golden brown
Let cool
Mix cream cheese and sugar until fluffy
Once crust is cool, spread cream cheese mixture
Arrange fruit according to your desired effect
