Supper Swap Girls
Ingredients
1 box of Gingerbread
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup eggnog
½ cup of seedless raspberry preserves
1 pomegranate, seeded
6 martini glasses
Instructions
Make the Gingerbread accordingly to package and let cool. Use a mixer on high speed to whip the cream and the eggnog together. Once the bread has cooled cut into small squares.
Layer the glasses by putting the gingerbread on the bottom, then spread some of the preserves over cake, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and then a layer of eggnog whip cream. Repeat twice and top with additional seeds.
