Certified Beef Angus
Ingredients
4 8-ounce Certified Angus Beef ® sirloin steaks
3/4 pound green beans, cleaned
1 fennel, shaved thin
1/4 pound crimini mushrooms, halved
2 tomatoes, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup red wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium high. Assemble aluminum foil pouches and add beans, fennel, mushrooms, tomato, garlic, shallot, butter, red wine, salt and pepper. Seal and grill to steam.
Season steaks and grill over medium-high heat to medium rare (145°F internal temperature) or desired doneness. Remove steaks and let rest 3 to 5 minutes. Serve with green beans and sauce from pouch.
