Nilly Banilly

Sharon Jones, VegGroovy Smoothies

Ingredients

2 Bananas
1/2 cup Carrots
1/2 cup Peas
1 cup Cranberry Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Water

Instructions

Add the bananas, carrots, peas, vanilla, cranberry juice, and water in a blender and blend on
low speed “Smoothie” setting until the ingredients are well mixed. Once mixed, you may kick it
up to a higher speed for a smoother consistency. Fresh or frozen, cooked or raw ingredients will
work. Frozen ingredients are especially refreshing for hot weather!
