The Supper Swap Girls
Ingredients
4 cups of shredded cabbage
1 green onion bulb, green and white parts
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup canola oil
¼ vinegar, white distilled or rice wine
1 teaspoon celery seed
½ teaspoon dry mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl add the cabbage and sprinkle the sugar along with salt and pepper. Toss the cabbage and then add
the remaining ingredients. Mix really well and cover. Place in refrigerator to marinate for a few hours.
