3 crusty Baguettes
½ cup of lime juice
¼ cup honey
¼ cup water Salt & pepper
2 onions
2 peppers
2 chopped cloves garlic
4 sweet Potatoes
Instructions

Honey & Lime Marinated Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches, Caramelized Onions & Peppers, Sweet Potato Chips
Combine juice, honey, water with garlic
Add Pork and Marinate over night
Sear Pork in a Sauté pan, and then roast for 20 minutes
Caramelize Onions & Peppers
