SUPPER SWAP GIRL CORN

THE SUPPER SWAP GIRLS, KIM AND STEPHANIE

Ingredients

Corn
Canned Chipotle Pepper
Butter
Chives

 

Instructions

Corn in a Microwave:

Wrap shucked corn in plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3 minutes

Corn in Oven:

Preheat oven to 375 and bake in husks for 30-40 minutes depending on size. Let rest on counter for 10 min before shucking.

Chive Butter:

Mix diced chive with softened butter

Chipotle Butter:

Mix 1/3 canned Chipotle Pepper with 2/3 softened butter in a mini-prep for 25 seconds
