Ingredients
2 (8-oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 (15-oz.) can sweet potatoes in syrup, drained and mashed
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted and chopped
Ginger snaps or graham cracker sticks for dipping
Instructions
In a medium bowl with a mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, cinnamon, and lemon zest until smooth. Stir in mashed sweet potatoes until well-blended. Spoon mixture into a decorative bowl; top evenly with chopped pecans. Serve with ginger snaps or graham cracker sticks for dipping.
