My heating and air unit no longer works and I have no heat at this time. I would like to know how you can get your unit replaced when you only are able to work 20 hours a week and have no savings? I really need a new unit…help.
We understand that replacing a heating and air conditioning unit is a big investment. We have financing options available that make getting a new comfort system more affordable. We work with Wells Fargo and Spring Leaf Financial. Right now on qualifying equipment you can get 36 months same as cash financing. In a situation where an individual doesn’t have a lot a resources to be able to finance a needed heating system they could reach out to local agency’s that help with situation like this. The individual’s local church may be able to help or a person could check in to SHARE or United Ministries agencies for assistance.
-how can I tell if my air is clean
If you have been experiencing indoor allergies or a recent onset of asthma it could be coming from the indoor air you are breathing. Indoor air pollution is among the top five environmental health risks. We have a test we can run that will tell us what is in the air at your home or business.
The test measures:
•Airborne Particles
•VOC’s
•Humidity
•Temperature
•Carbon Monoxide
•Carbon Dioxide
•Radon
Once the test is complete and if any problems are found we can offer solutions to healthier indoor air.
-what’s the temp you should have it to be warm but still save money?
Warmth is a comfort level and varies for each person. Most people can be comfortable at 68° to 70°. By setting back just 3° Fahrenheit, you could see a savings. Bigger setbacks save even more.
The more you set back, the more you save.. for example:
Set back 8 hours per day 16 hours per day 24 hours per day
5° 5% 10% 15%
7° 7% 14% 21%
Programmable (automatic setback) thermostats: Offer comfort and convenience, can turn on the heat before you get out of bed in the morning or before you come home in the evening and allows you to never forget to change the temperature
