Ah I feel terribly gtluiy for having nice weather here this week! If I were you, I'd take up snowshoeing which is exactly what I plan on doing next winter. I took up running to have something to do close to home this past winter and it's been wonderful but snowshoeing is starting to appeal to me too. I wasn't sure if I told you what my source for most of my kettlebell exercises is on YouTube. I use kettlebellathletics.com on YouTube. I've gotten all my kettlebell exercises from YouTube in fact. A lot of them are kind of manly but they're still pretty basic kettlebell moves. I started out with a ten pound kettlebell and trust me, when you're swinging that thing around for 20 minutes with no breaks, you're not going to say it's ONLY ten pounds. Even know I only use a 15 pound kettlebell and sometimes the 20 pound. It's a great workout!
